TRANSITIONAL JUSTICEThe WEInstitute provides subject matter expertise to support countries and regions needing assistance for transitional justice and post-conflict reconstruction. "The absence of war does not mean that a society is in a state of peace. Transitional justice is instrumental to set the legal and cultural precursors for stability that would lead to conflict mitigation and amelioration."
